Everyone that is involved with handling food should acquire a food handling certificate.
This will teach you about:
- Food borne illnesses
- Good Hygienic practices
- Preventing food contamination
- Avoiding cross contamination
- Time and temperature controls
When handling food always remember to start in a clean kitchen,
with running water. Always wear a hair net and continuously wash your hands.
Sanitation is extremely important when handling food. Please keep in mind that you want to
give the same level of care when prepapring as you would if you ordere from someone.
